The name of our organization is UA Vocal Jazz Ensemble. The organization is a student organization at the University of Arizona. The objectives of the organization are:
(a) to promote interest in jazz music and the cultures surrouding jazz
(b) to provide fellowship among students and faculty
(c) to represent student needs and wants in regard to vocal jazz and performance
(d) to provide a forum for the presentation of innovative ideas for the benefit of the university and the community
(e) to promote interest in the UA vocal jazz program by reaching out to other schools.
